The neoliberal era and educaion: the global neoliberal response to crisis: A theory that human well-being can best be advanced by liberaing individual entrepreneurial freedoms and skills through strong private property rights, free markets, and free trade: neoliberalism in the peripheral south: rising debt. The world bank, imf, oecd, us: the state is the problem, the market is the answer. Pracice: cuing state expenditures, balancing the budget, charging for social services- free edu becomes expensive. Private univ evolve, most would come to the us.
