Prolonged stress response becomes a part of everyday life. You burnout, become fatigued, and are likely to develop physical. Decreasing the effectiveness of your immune system. High blood pressure and stress hormones cause wear and tear on your body interfering with sleep patterns increasing headaches increasing the risk for cancer and irritable bowel syndrome. Stress hormones makes it harder for your body to control abnormal cells.
