1 Introduction:
Usama Noman,Bachelors in Computer science from National University of Sci-
ence and Technology,discussed some insights at Botsify.Usama Noman, a silver
medalist from university, started off Botsify in mere 20 days, which is Pakistan’s
first Chatbot builder company. Today within 9 months after inception,[1] Bot-
sify has got the attention of several big companies including Apple, Sony Music,
and Shazam.Since his childhood, Usama Noman had been inclined to medicine.
He was exploring the same path until his brother introduced him to engineering.
Always exceptional in studies, it was not difficult for him to acquire a spot at
an undergrad program at the FAST University.
2 Botsify:
Chatbots are the new rage as more top brands are advancing the technology
and integrating it into their chat systems. Big names such as Facebook and
Telegram have already made moves in this area by creating their own chatbots
and chatbot platforms. Botsify is another Facebook chatbot platform that helps
make it easy to integrate chatbots into the system. Its paid subscription helps
you in five easy steps: Log into the botsify.com site; connect your Facebook
account; setup a webhook; write up commands for the chatbot you are creating;
and let Botisfy handle the customer service. If the paid services are a little too
much, they do offer a free service that let you create as many bots as your lovely
imagination can dream up.[2] Building a chatbot is a technical feat, a work that
requires hands-on knowledge of computer science, “Botsify”, aimed at making it
simpler by using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. To date Botsify
has served about 16,000 clients, helping them build 14,000 chatbots. Recently,
a Botsify chatbot catered to abut 17,000 users of a client in less than a month’s
time.
3 My thoughts:
Recently I have used Mcdonald chatbot to order food.The chatbot ordered
within a few minutes.I found this feature interesting as when you order using a
