The assignment of tasks is equitable if all participants believe their workload is identical. Each participant believes that her bundle of goods/room is at least as valuable as every other participants bundle. Each participant"s share of the credit depends only on other participants" reports. In other words, a participant cannot affect her own share of the credit. The fare is split in a way that no passenger pays more than what she would pay if she took a taxi alone. Start at equal starting point and allow people to negotiate. Everyone should get a least a task. Marked by impartiality and honesty: free from self-interest, prejudice, or favoritism a very a fair person to do business with. Conforming with the established rules: allowed: consonant with merit or importance: due to fair share. Not similar to spliddit, different definitions of fair. Court has to follow the same procedures for everyone. Need to have a jury and judge.
