Cognitive enhancing drugs have a lot to offer and can be used as a ool by the general public. Could allow the elderly to function normally. Are a cognitive tool just like studying. Wealthy vs. poor gap: drugs are expensive. Addiction or destructive side effects/tolerance to drugs. Pressure for everyone to take these drugs or else be at a disadvantage to others. Drugs work at the level of the neuron which make them so powerful. Effects of drugs depend on the environment. The brain is getting bigger over time by composing more and more of our body weight.
