Just because organizations have utilized and embraces teamwork doesn"t mean their teams are always effective. As people, members of a team can be swayed by fads and herd mentality leading them away from making the best decisions. A group is two or more people that are either independent or interacting who work together to achieve a certain objective or group of objectives. A work group is a group that primarily interacts to: Help group members preform within their area of responsibility.
