The serbian government thinks bosnia should be part of their country (serbian nationalism) Propaganda spread to other areas trying to get the land. Willing to use violence, war, and assassinations (foreshadowing) to unify serbia. Austrians see themselves as the rulers, are angry. Black hand- secret organization dedicated to the unification of slavs.
