It is in the company"s best interest to find a property that contains a plethora of amenities both on the property, and the nearby surrounding area. Keeping in mind that this property will be treated as a timeshare, available for use by one family at a time, it is important to choose a property that can be enjoyed anytime throughout the year. With careful consideration, i have narrowed the search down to two amazing vacation homes. One home is located just north of the coveted hollywood hills, in los angels, The other is a tropical estate located across the country in merritt island, florida, with views facing the amazing atlantic ocean. In this essay, i will evaluate each vacation home based on the advantages and disadvantages each one has, and provide a sound recommendation as to which one.
