Girls tend to weigh and measure smaller than boys. Most teeth cut between 18 months and 2 years. Can have multiple or one tooth erupt at a time. Need work to help stop biting behavior. Reaches adult"s size by age 2. More complex movements because of ability in thinking. Explore different sizes and shapes of blocks. Only stop to eat, nap and go to the bathroom. Always want to do things and work on independence. Ability to stand upright and toddle around. Picks up objects and throws them repeatedly. Can"t physically perform action (can"t release on time) Use blocks that are appropriate to throw/won"t hurt children if it hits them in the head. Back swayed because abdomen not fully developed. High in nutrients to help children grow. Things that are normal to children during the day become different during night. Ability to control bladder and bowel movements (bm) Children don"t want to throw away something that they made themselves.
