Delay is more than 1/10 of a second, approx. Movements are something that you create in your mind. John locke said that all objects have movement as well as position and shape but it is entirely dependent upon the viewer. What happens if you have a stroke only in the left hemisphere, you will see motion in one field but strobe effect. If you have a stroke in the right v5 you"ll lose vision in the left visual field. Can be done with magnets but too long will cause damage.
