Differ from neanderthals: no midface prognathism, receding cheekbones. Chin from mandible shows similarities to amh: mandible so gracile that the bottom mandible looks more robust. Not indicative of amh, just that they used their teeth as tools. Major cultural changes only after 500kya: why?, new finds could prove this wrong, cultural change, biological change.
