Sex of the individual, all of that matters. Pharmacodynamics: what medication does to the body. Binding: protein binding deals with how much of the drug is available to have any kind of impact so you can have a drug in the body but if it does not bind to anything who cares. Half-life: deals with how long a drug will stay in the body and dictates drug intake schedule.
