The main kinds are : (a) demonstrative : this , that , these , those . This room was quite empty last year . These people come from that hotel over there . (b) distributive : each , every , either , neither . I tried both keys but neither ( of them ) worked . (c ) quantitative : some , any , no , little , few , many , much , one , twenty . He has no sense . (d) interrogative : which , what , whose . Whose house is this ? (e ) possessive : my , your , his , her , its , our , their .
