Lady justice: the blindfold symbolises equality, no bias o. Law and justice might coincide but they are not exactly the same thing: ex; crime of necessity. Justice: it is not just to put away. There is not always one just answer in a legal dispute: this is the reason why we have so many different lawyers and prosecutors. Dobson vs dobson: the wife and husband drive in their own separate cars. The husband in front breaks and the pregnant wife does as well. This results in an accident and the child is born with severe disabilities. A man kicks his pregnant wife and killed the child. However, the child is not born yet, so he would be charged for aggravated assault instead of murder. It"s unjust but the law comes first. o. Sue rodriguez: she was going to die a very painful and slow death (fluid in the lungs), so she went to a judge to ask for euthanization.
