Highly suspicious of change, if change is necessary it should be slow. Government is paternalistic, the ones onto have an obligation that those on top are wise and should look down on society in a way that benefits those below them. Believe we are perfectible, and also equal in a measure, competitive, insasionable appetite. It is atomistic, we are all atoms on our own. Inevitable and more often than not change is a benefit. Create conditions necessary to create the equality of condition.
