Fa(cid:374)o(cid:374)(cid:859)s studies show that when people are exposed to acts of violence, they later on act out their own forms of violence. Postcolonial studies examines the interactions between european nations and the societies they colonized in the last century and beyond. It emphasises an identity and the processes of changing that identity. Said on (cid:862)orie(cid:374)talis(cid:373)(cid:863) are a part of this. Issues of representation mythologies and ancient depictions of other cultures and ethnicities are always different when you actually visit them. Hybridity took place as people of european heritage moved into new environments. Likewise, peoples of the colonies moved into euro-western environments.
