Harlow studies show tat when young monkeys were deprived of social contact with other monkeys during their irst 6 months of life, they never learned how to relate to others. Conlict theorist: socialization reproduces class in children from the class of the parents. Socialization contributes to false consciousness- lack of awareness and distorted perceptions of class realist as it afects all aspects of social life. Built due to imperative competition; technological knowledge was needed.
