How do schizophrenia and multiple personality differ: mpd = no positive symptoms. What do you think might be some of the difficulties faced by the family of a person with schizophrenia: they are victimized, higher risk of attempting and completing suicide. What is the difference between a delusion and a hallucination: delusion culturally implausible, hallucination seeing, hearing, feeling things that are not there, sensory stimulus in the absence of a sensory stimuli. What is the difference between positive and negative symptoms: positive add something atypical/abnormal additive, negative is something taken away. What are the two key determinants of statistical significance: effect size , how much the mean differs between two groups group compairisons, correlation coefficient measure of effect size, sample size. What tells you more about the overlap between 2 groups, the p value or the effect size: effect size look up in table, p value tells you nothing.
