He talked about his definition of setting to create social change: any instance in which two or more people come together in a new relationship over a sustained period of time in order to achieve certain goals. In his work, he stressed some major points: Important for a leader or an organizer when they"re thinking about creating change, a leader needs to consider and foresee problems that could potentially occur. A particular problem all settings have in common is that there will be conflicts and disagreements. As someone who wants to implement change, you have to communicate what your values and goals are.
