Bibliometrics: statistical analysis of written publications, can use w/ search engines, {citation analysis to analyze the impact of publications & with whom/schools of thought, how they change over time, etc} In class: army alpha & beta tests selection on a mass scale who to include and exclude from serving in the army large room w/ lots of others.
