The purpose of behaviourism is learning new things. Through learning, infancy > adulthood and compile greater complexity. The more or less permanent change in behaviour potentiality which occurs as a result of repeated practice. The change may be temporary in the moment but have later consequences that impact life. The behaviour that changes does not necessarily have to be observable. Conditioned reflex method: reflex a biologically determined behaviour that is always elicited by a particular stimulus. Not reflexes but are emitted due to their consequences: a process of rewards and reinforcement association. A response that gets away from a negative situation: example rats receive electric shock because the bottom of their cage is electrified.
