Two in class exams ( not cumulative ) and final exam ( cumulative on textbook not lectures) Scientific explanation and method, steps in a research program ( Much of our daily behavior relys on acceptance/ acknowledgment of authority figures. Knowledge we have from it is only as good as the source. We need to know if its creditable or not. Doesn t always provide us with valid answers to questions were looking for because their expertise should be recognized: intuition, rational method. We don t have proof so we cant conclude its true. But they have flaws and therefore psychology doesn t rely on these they use the scientific method for behavior patterns. Knowledge is acquired through conservation and experimentation: objective measurement. Any person with normal perspection at the same time place at the same time will have the same result. Seen that if a scientist is objective is attached to there subject.
