Classification: dsm-v - every single disorder someone can have, symptons needed to be present, and fa history etc. Deviation from statistical average - seems to be kind of subjective. If your behaviour is deviant enough, so then the prson is clearly distressed abotu what is going on. Individual has impaired thought processes and cannot function socially. Fear is a normal reaction to a known, external source of danger. In anxiety, the individual is frightened but the source of the danger is not known, not recognized, or inadequate to account for the symptoms.
