Set of fundamental rules, principles, and law put in place to govern society. Defines how society should be ruled, run. All countries claim to have constitution, whether it"s the west, east, developing countries, under developed countries. Only few of them can be called constitutional. Constitutional is only reserved for those societies for those societies that have actually put restrains on activities of the government.
