Friday, march 31, 2017: how can we determine co2 concentrations and temperatures from one million years ago, ice core long cylinders of pack ice obtained by drilling vertically down using a follow drill. Friday, march 31, 2017: deploy new technologies quickly, emphasize ef ciency and conservation. Canadian emissions: total emissions have grown, emissions per unit of production are down, emissions per capita are down signi cantly also.
