Your body is made up of 60 trillion cells. Some of these cells help you to see, while other cells aid in your digestion via making sugar, insulin and enzymes that do this work. When you think about the heart and pumping blood it provides oxygen to your body. Dna instructs each cell on how to go about doing its job or performing its function ie: the hemoglobin carrying oxygen to the body. Dna is a polymer need to know this. A polymer is a molecule with many similar kinds of units called monomers. Many, any glucose molecules join together to form glycogen. Dna is a polymer of nucleotides you have one nucleotide, which is joined to another and another.
