Icann (internet coporation for assigned names and number) It is a non-profit organization that is the caretaker of the internet. Big compaies are afraid that top level domain name can hurt their reputation. They register domain that is similar to big companies so they can get money from these big companies. Some companies can have a tldn sucks . Everyday we have an obstacle to determine whether a website is real or not. Has been rejected 3 times during 10 years. Internet should be kept open and free from restriction. Think of it as a guiding principle behind internet working. The people who privide internet service to the customers. Internet service prvidor proides us in a slow traffic and fast traffic. Sometimes deliberately puts the user on a slow traffic because of the applications we use. Pay for a certain speed but we dont get the full speed.
