I flew to winnipeg and then to calgary on different airlines. On both flights - the food was of poor quality and the airlines charged for it. P1: i flew to calgary on an airline. P2: i then flew to winnipeg on another airline. P3: on both flights- the food was of poor quality. P4: on both flights- the airlines charged for it [the food]. C: airline food service has gotten really bad: the generalization made about airlines is based on evidence. The observations made are not systematic, rather they are anecdotal: population: airlines. Due to the small sample size it is not possible to know if airline food service being poor is a consistency across all airlines. Similarities between the samples are limited to the two being airlines, while the dissimilarities are great (i. e. duration of the flight with each airline, food provided, etc. )
