Vague words: meaning is clear enough but don"t know what the person means: ex. the cn tower is big, the word big is unhelpful, doesn"t tell you how big. Synergy (working together): any two things that work together to accomplish something: holistic: gives good feelings but don"t tell much, paradigm: how we do something (opening a door, paradigm shift: changing the way you do something. Hyperbole: exaggerated term to describe the dull to make it seem less so: very common in the advertising world. Coca cola: successful ad campaigns with a lot of hyperboles jargon. Use of technical terms that are useful for the specialist.
