Description of a set of promises the offeror will make to the offerree. Not an invitation but it simply a promise that must be agreed to by both parties in order to be made a legal obligation. Offer can be made orally or written. An offer stands after it has been received and accepted. It holds no grounds if the offer is rejected. Standard form of contract is presented in printed form and must be accepted as is or declined by offerree and no negotiating. Terms of notices must be presented to customers or recipients by management in a clear way. A random clause should not be in place. The court will assess if management took the proper step to inform the recipients of all clauses. An example is if a ticket says see back for details .
