Standard form of contract is presented in printed form and must be accepted as is or declined by offerree and no negotiating. Terms of notices must be presented to customers or recipients by management in a clear way. A random clause should not be in place. The court will assess if management took the proper step to inform the recipients of all clauses. An example is if a ticket says see back for details .
