For the exercise, the asthma is usually onset after the exercise: the orange pu er has anti-in ammatory drugs, and its made to treat chronic in ammation, not the sudden attack. It has glucocorticoids in it, and leukotriene inhibitors. The blue pu er is for when you go into an attack.
