Every individual should have the right to enjoy their bodies through physical acivity. There"s a high percentage of homosexuals that have received threats and abuse for being homosexual in sport: very high regulaion in sport about sexuality, sport reproduces homophobia and heterosexism and heteronormaivity and as well as hegemonic masculinity. Homophobia in sport: verbally assaulted, sport is a site where appropriate forms of sexuality is learned, they are positioned as outsiders, unable to include themselves in the sport. Sexuality produces truths and discourse and based on particular norms. Categorize people around particular norms, truths about people are produced based on the norms. The producing of truths about sexuality helps normalize and opposite. Self surveillance, and surveillance of others causes people to behave in a certain way (the norm) Makes us think of sexuality in a linear way: sex --- gender (masculinity and femininity) ---- sexuality (heterosexuality) linear model, butler, sex gender and sexuality are linked by normative ideals.
