Some foreigners would even jump into the luggage carts of the trains. After awhile it began to get out of hand and the police got involved, japanese people got upset. Anti-foreigner signs and protests began to happen at subway stations in japan in order to try and stop the foreigners from partying in the trains is not children, but for adults. There is no trick-or-treating is an excuse for adults to party is an excuse for stores to sell products to foreigners in japan. This is why companies began to sell these halloween food products. Halloween sales have begun to catch up with valentine"s day sales in japan. Japan is divided into 47 prefectures (canada had provinces)
