Topic: part ii: critical skills in context: drafts. Writing a draft of an essay is a crucial stage in the writing process. It allows students to further develop the points/claims, and organize the supporting evidence from their outlines. Writing a draft is done when students already have a clear idea about the purpose of their essay, its structure and research sources that could corroborate the main points/claims. During the production of their drafts, students are expected to develop their points into paragraphs, and to establish a proper link between those paragraphs. Students should have their reading notes and their outlines in front of them when preparing their drafts. The writing of the drafts for the expository essays in group project i: hajj through the ages, should be conducted in the following stages: Focus on the two points to develop. (maximum 50 words)
