Zeus throws a party, and invites all the gods minus eris. Eris is resentful and throws an apple into the banquet, for the prettiest. Aphrodite, athena, and hera, are the three goddesses that fight over the apple. They ask zeus who he likes the best, but he refuses to judge. He cant choose, but they all bribe him. Human beings judge based on what they can get. Aphrodite power of love (offers helen the most beautiful woman) Paris is from troy and helen is from argos. Helen is married to menelaus (ruler/brother of agamemnon)
