Despite odds against couple, strength in the couple persists thorugh problems. Derived from christian and jewish religion, types of redemption, redemption from sin. Finding god or soul purpose in life through god, in finding god. Abuser hurts victim, seems hopeless but finds courage to stand to bully or problem. Redeems himself by getting self justice on abuser.
