Making changes in organizations are always very challenging. I think, the best solution for similar cases is to have a step by step plan in long-term. So, every one in that company will have a plan and konws that organzition is a safe and valuable place to work for, as well as, there is a need for external and internal analysis. In a number of organizations, hiring merit and knowledgable workers are crucial for organizational success. In this point, i think hiring employees with special skills, more specifically skills which can complement current-staff"s duties, may help better than hiring new employees with similar skills as the current workers. Also, hiring employees with complementary skills will be helpful to enhance the sense of job confidence and safty for current workers, so that current workers would not have the fear of loosing their jobs.
