Success with managing people is a reflection of human developmental pathways and organizational philosophies, cultures, and networks that are difficult for competitors to replicate. The essence of hrm involves a wide variety of activities, including analyzing a company"s competitive environment and designing jobs so that a firm"s strategy can be successfully implemented to beat the competition. This in requires identifying, recruiting, and selecting the right people for those jobs as well as further retaining their valuable assets that they add to the organization. The process of managing human talent to achieve an organization"s objectives. Great business plans, products, and services can easily be copied by your competitors. Their knowledge abilities are among the most distinctive and renewable resources upon which a company can draw. Human beings seek positive social change (i. e. heliocentric drive). Change in the world happens through people organizing. E. g. , governments, private sector companies, educational institutions, unions, associations courts, activist organization.
