This law not directed from the war at all, just towards people to be organized. Russians, radical activists started being put into the interment camps. Started locking up people who had nothing to do with the war. **looked like the government was at war with its own people. Encourage business to do their manufacturing with the war time business. Instead of making cars, make war time vehicles instead. Saw return of high rates of unemployment. Canadian government in 1919 created second force to send canadian troops over seas again.
