James robson really likes him (great source for papers) Fact: when performed at dionysus theatre, actors could ironically say i"m going to acropolis and literally be right behind them. Masks were called personae (greek) because built into them was a device that increased the volume of the actor"s voice. Tractatus: a collection of notes written by students who attended aristophanes lectures. Comedy: imitation of an action that needs pity or terror from the audience to lead to catharsis.
