I think the teacher"s educational philosophy goes beyond academics where he placed great value on building relationships and camaraderie. The theme throughout the classroom was to be happy, which influenced the community talk/ notebook letters that happened in the classroom. The teacher followed a humanistic approach in which he created an environment that supports the social and emotional well-being of the students. This is the foundation to motivate students to learn and engage with the curriculum and daily interactions among themselves.
