Some are non-economic such as online predation of minors. Criminal justice systems are unable to deal effectively with international fraud . Such crimes can be tried in local jurisdictions or by international courts. The international criminal court deals more with human rights crimes and war but it is not universally supported and thus has limited powers: bales, understanding slavery today . Slavery in its many forms has been a part of many human societies since ancient times.
