In this case, i am the representative of small commercial fishers association. During the meeting between myself and the other 3 representatives, we all agreed not to go above the harvest level of 2500 metric tons. The individual goal of each representative was to protect the economic well-being of the members of their fishing association. I made the opening offer to harvest 1100 metric tons of shark. It was my initial target point and defended my proposal with valid reasons. For example, 90% of our income comes from shark sales and our season only lasts from. Large commercial agreed that i should get the most harvest level since my company has an income of less than 30k annually. Competition and recreational tours disagreed and argued that their entire business depends on the shark industry, and therefore, they should get the most harvest level.
