Need: imbalance between a consumer"s actual and desired states. Motive: inner state that directs a person toward the goal of satisfying a need. Will not make effort to try selling this model(otherwise losing money) Explain the difference between inkjet and laser in terms of long term benefit. Try to sell this model to generate profit. Persuade on long term, depreciation, same money in long term. Meaning that a person attributes to incoming stimuli gathered through the five senses. Select (you watch 10 commercials and only remember 2 the day after) Interpret (when purchasing you use your own belief and past experience to judge) The minimum level of magnitude at which a stimulus begin to be sensed. Eg. changing the content of the product instead of price. Eg. give reference price regular vs. sales price.
