Many businesses uses this study to motivate the employees in terms of looking at decision making, cooperating with each other and the competition within the institution. It also helps to see the value of money and how successful the organization is. From looking at the article, it shows us that incentives are effective in shaping human behaviour. In herzberg article, he talks about motivational factors like kita, which stands for kick in the ass. It gives the employees positive and negative vibes which gives them a more fresh mind when working and let them be relaxed as well. He brought up two criteria"s about satisfaction; one is job satisfaction and the other is job dissatisfaction.
