Moreover, in chandler"s article the enduring logic of industrial success, he talks about why a bigger organisation would be better; however, he also mentions the flaws of bigger organisations. He asks, if size makes sense, as i have been arguing, why have so many large u. s. companies done so poorly in the last few decades? , and answers, One answer is that like any human institution, managerial enterprises can stagnate .
