As indicated in the course outline, the grade received for a group case study presentation will represent 20% of a participating student"s final grade for the course. Then, obtain and read the actual case either from (i) osgoode hall law library or (ii) by researching the case on-line at www. canlii. org. Fishing inc. co. v. ansell(cid:279) precedent case relevant to the case presentation assigned for. I will be available to discuss any questions your group may have regarding the format of your presentation, however i will not be able to discuss the substantive content of your presentation prior to your assigned presentation date.
