Research: life history interviews, ask ppl about their lives, and see how event or ppl changed their lives. Majority of social gerontologist line up with this is canada. * less developed countries, needs more international focus. * e. g. , rosanova on globe & mail, found that there was an individualistic approach to health, only portrayed individual idea. Fits well with neoliberal mindset, b/c of individualist approach.
