Efferent neurons (motor) send info from the central nervous system to the glands and muscles, enabling the body to move. Interneurons everything inbetween, carry info between neurons in the central nervous. Like the glue that holds neurons together, prevent signals from intercrossing. Can in some cases act like a neuron bc of processing abilities. Support rolls for neurons that do the heavy lifting . Happens locally rather than interacting with the brain, allows for quick movement.
