Global level of politics faces similar goals and challenges as domestic politics: ultimate authority is much harder globally. Its hard to define stakeholders, powers and processes. The idea of community is to bring people together to solve problems. Community can be created in many ways: e. g. religion, defense of an idea (democracy, liberty, freedom, justice) Is there an international community in terms of: Basic definition: all the sovereign states as equal players.
